House Beers
Our Brewmaster is Todd Adams. Todd has been brewing beer for 20+ years and has beer the brewmaster
at The Library since it’s inception in 1994. Over the years Todd has won many awards for his beers including the coveted “Steinley Cup” the first place trophy for the Saratoga Brewfest.
O.D.B. Wheat (Over Due Brew) – this light and crisp American Style wheat ale is unfiltered and best enjoyed with a slice of lemon.
Bantam India Pale Ale – A hoppy aroma and dry oaky taste highlight this India style of pale ale. It is well balanced and medium bodied with a slightly higher alcohol percentage.
Red Eye Amber Ale – A light American style amber ale that is lightly hopped and easy on the palate. Fun to drink this amber ale will please even the most discriminating imbiber.
Sigmunds Nut Brown Ale – An English nut brown ale is traditionally a slightly sweet and well rounded all malt beer. This is how we make Sigmunds, a dark beer that even light beer drinkers like.
Dubliners Stout – A traditional Irish stout, this one is heavily hopped producing a bitter taste that matches the roasted malts and chocolate flavors nicely.
